• Standard, $80: 2 modern logo concepts, JPEG and PNG files, T-shirt mockup, vector/source file, and unlimited revisions. 2-day turnaround.
• Premium, $250: 3 HQ creative logo concepts, all files, unlimited revisions, social media kit, and VIP support. 7-day turnaround.

Design Ownership & Commercial-Use Rights

The following is provided for informational purposes only and is intended for review by the buyer and, if needed, qualified legal counsel. It does not constitute legal advice.

Transfer of Rights Upon Approval & Final Payment
Upon the buyer's written approval of a final design concept and receipt of full payment for the applicable package, Snappy Tees transfers to the buyer all rights, title, and interest in and to the approved logo artwork, including the right to use the design for commercial purposes without restriction as to territory or medium.

Exclusions — Third-Party Assets
Rights are transferred only for original artwork created by Snappy Tees. Any stock elements, fonts, icons, or other third-party assets incorporated into the design remain subject to the license terms of their respective rights holders. Snappy Tees will disclose the use of any such elements upon request so the buyer can obtain the appropriate license independently.

Source File Eligibility by Package

• Basic ($20): JPEG and PNG files delivered; vector/source files not included and not eligible for rights transfer in editable format.
• Standard ($80): Vector/source file included; rights transfer covers all delivered file formats.
• Premium ($250): All files included; rights transfer covers all delivered file formats.

Written Confirmation Option
Buyers who require a signed rights-transfer confirmation or a simple assignment document may request one at the time of final approval. Please email CustomSnappytees@gmail.com with the subject line "Rights Confirmation Request" and include your order number.

Rights Prior to Final Payment
No rights are transferred for concepts or revisions that have not been fully paid for and formally approved. Snappy Tees retains all rights to unapproved concepts and may reuse them at its discretion.
